May awoke to the sunlight, it was November. And Thanksgiving. May yawned stretching and she got up seeing Astrid asleep by her.
May smiled and she stroked Astrid's hair. May got up and got in the shower. Ash and Akira were both still in bed asleep in each other's arms.
May giggled at her daughter and rolled her eyes at Ash's light snoring. She got in the bathroom, she undressed out of her underwear and pink nightgown and put them in the laundry, she set a bra, underwear, a dark red sweater and blue jeans on the sink for after.
She got in the shower and first washed herself and then her hair. She felt her hair go down passed her shoulders. May washed it and then brushed it down smoothly.
May got out of the shower, she dried off with her pink towel and blow dried her hair. She then brushed her teeth and for her Sakura perfume on.
May got dressed and went downstairs, she took her heart pill and her inhaler and fed the pokemon. May then turned on the TV for some noise, the Thanksgiving parade in each region being filmed live.
May began cooking for Thanksgiving dinner. Ash and Astrid were up next. Ash yawned and he got dressed in his Unova outfit, he had to go to work.
“Ash it's Thanksgiving and you got work?” asked Astrid shocked, she wore a green turtleneck sweater and black pants. “Only this morning, I'll be back by noon”, replied Ash.
He left. “May May, you need help at all?” asked Astrid. “Nope, I got it Astrid”, said May smiling. Astrid smiled, while May cooked Astrid decided to get the Christmas decorations out to see which Christmas lights were working from last year.
Sapphire, who was 4 now came down. “Mommy, big sissy is sleeping in on a holiday!” cried Sapphire cutely. “I'm aware sweetie””, giggled May. “Go get her up”, added May.
Sapphire evilly giggled and went upstairs. “Let's see tree ornaments...stockings, wrapping paper...here we go, lights”, said Astrid.
“Oh there should be Christmas cards there too”, said May. Astrid nodded, she found them. Sapphire leaped on Akira in bed.
“Sissy wake up!” said Sapphire loudly. “Get off!”, growled Akira tiredly. “Arcanine, help me out!” called Sapphire then.
Arcanine leaped on the bed slobbering and licking Akira. “EWWW! He drooled on me! UGH!” cried Akira, she got up. “Yay! She's up!” said Sapphire.
Akira grumbled and got a shower. Sapphire high fived Arcanine's paw. Downstairs, May made the turkey, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and the pumpkin pie. Astrid helped with setting the table. Sapphire was playing with Skitty and Arcanine.
Akira came down in a dark blue sweater and jeans. She yawned. “Hey sweetie”, said May. “Hi mommy”, said Akira cutely.
“You know in England they have Thanksgiving every Sunday?” asked Astrid. “Really?” asked May. Astrid nodded.
Soon evening came and Ash was home. Akira sat between May and Ash, Astrid by May. May's parents Caroline and Norman came for dinner and so did Ash's mom Delia.
Arcanine, Pikachu, Firepaw, and Pachirisu sat at the table too. Torterra too big. Penny was there as well, Akira's Pikachu.
May smiled then. “Before we say grace guys I have some news”, said May. “What news mom?” asked Akira.
May smiled and looked at Astrid who already knew. Astrid smiled. “I'm pregnant”, said May. Caroline squealed. “Really baby girl?!” cried Caroline hugging May.
“That's great mom!” said Akira. “I'll be a big sister like big sissy!” said Sapphire. Astrid smiled holding May.
May smiled, she then held Astrid's hand to say grace, her other hand held Akira's. Akira's held Ash, Ash held Delia's.
Astrid's other hand held Sapphire's. Delia's held Caroline's and Caroline's held Norman's. Astrid then hesitated at first, her parents were overly reglion and Astrid had trouble beliving in God ever since.
May gave Astrid's hand a gentle squeeze then. “Its ok Astrid. No one is expecting you to pray every day. God knows you love him. Its ok”, soothed May smiling.
Astrid smiled. They quietly prayed. Astrid thanked God for May and this new wonderful life, Akira thanked him for a great mom like May and Ash.
Ash thanked him for Akira while May thanked him for Astrid, Akira and Sapphire and the new baby growing inside of her.
Pikachu held Penny's hand also while Arcanine and Firepaw did. Pachirisu held Penny's other paw.
Soon they ate, May ate extra since she was pregnant. “How far along May?” asked Ash. “Only 2 weeks”, replied May smiling.
Astrid smiled and wrapped an arm around May. Akira cuddled into Ash as they ate pumpkin pie.

XDD. Good way to start off thanksgiving, Anime. Really nice. Especially given that it's made extra sweeter with May becoming pregnant with Astrid's child. But not only that....Sapphire was just adorable getting Akira up like that. XDDD She's the sweetest and funniest.
